3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

5. Damages During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage. This video is required to process any refund or replacement claim.

• Email the unboxing video to brandmandi22@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

• Without this video, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
